Ultra-Processed Food increases the risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus

A new study from France recently published in the journal of the American Medical Association(JAMA) has reported that eating ultra-processed food increases the risk of type 2 diabetes. In the past use of ultra-processed food has been linked with other health problems like heart diseases, hypertension, and certain cancers. some of the common examples of Ultra-Processed foods are crisps, sausage rolls, and pasties, etc.
